What Our Team Says About NEXUS
- Manager of Community Inclusion and Employment Supports
- Kelly Waller
My employment with NEXUS leaves me satisfied daily that I have chosen the right career for myself and the individuals that I serve. I value NEXUS in that it is always worth improving and educating myself to further benefit the skills and ideas which I apply at work. NEXUS has given me great support when support was needed. I am grateful for my employment and would gladly retire with NEXUS.
- Residential Care Worker
- Shayne McDonald
I worked for Creston and District Society for Community Living and before that the Endicott Centre. I am excited for the next chapter with NEXUS and where we may go looking forward together. I know what the work we do entails and how to do it, but why do I do it? I do it because where else do I get to go to work for my day and dance, drum, sing, create, bake, do crafts, paint, garden, go swimming, bowling and all the other activities and adventures that working in community can bring.
